1. How many persons can be registered
in one terminal? 一个FP100N指纹门禁可以登记多少个指纹信息？
Our stand-alone type (VIRDI-100S)
can register Min. 720 , Max 4,000 fingerprint data.
Our Network type (VIRDI-100N) can register fingerprint
data as many as server DB capacity allowed. (Currently
it can register 10,000 ID.) Our next model is designed to register Max. 100,000,000
ID.
一个FP100N指纹门禁独立型FP100S可以登记720-4000个指纹数据。 网络版FP100N指纹门禁指纹数据存储在指纹识别服务器的数据库中，
目前可以登记10,000个指纹数据 (因为采用4位ID号码输入）， 新的版本可以支持4-8位ID号码输入， 所以最多可以输入100,000,000个指纹信息。
2. How many terminals can be operated
under 1 server? 一个指纹识别服务器可以连接多少个FP100N指纹门禁？
Network type (VIRDI-100N) is TCP/IP network communication.
So each terminal shall be provided its unique IP address, which
means you can operate terminals as many as IP address
allowed. However, we recommend Max.150 terminals under one server.网络版FP100N采用TCP/IP网络通信协议，必须给每个终端提供唯一的IP地址，可以连接IP地址允许设定的终端数目，我们建议每个指纹数据服务器最多连接150套FP100N指纹门禁。
3. Do I have to use ID always? 我是否总是需要输入ID号？
Basically, we use ID for the purpose of secure transaction.
从根本上说，使用ID号码输入是指纹验证安全性需要。
Another reason to use ID is that it can save certification
time because sever compare fingerprint already registered under certain
ID number. If not, it will take much time because it compares all
fingerprint data registered with fingerprint entered. For user's convenience,VIRDI-100N
can be operated only by fingerprint without input ID for upto 200
persons.另一个原因，输入ID号码可以节省指纹识别的时间，输入ID号码，活体采集的指纹只是和对应ID号码的指纹进行验证，没有输入ID号码，则活体采集的指纹必须和指纹数据库中的指纹进行一一匹配，得出指纹匹配结果，这将耗费更多的时间。FP100N没有输入号码直接输入指纹进行匹配最多允许使用200人。关于1:1和:N的比较请联系我公司。
4. Currently our company is using
card-key system and this card is used as employee badge
also. Can we use card with fingerprint system?
Fingerprint system can be connected with card key
system. In this case, you can use card instead of input ID but
you still need to input your fingerprint to enter the door.FP100N 系统可以兼容Motorola和Star感应ID卡，取代ID号码输入。
5. Our company has branch offices
in many places. Can we control access status of branch
offices from headquarter? 我公司在很多地方有分支机构，我们是否可以从总公司取得分公司的门禁考勤状况？
Our VIRDI-100N is perfect solution for this kind
of request. If TCP/IP network constructed between
headquarter and branch offices, all fingerprint data can be authenticated
in the main server and you can manage each door
entry status from headquarter. 我们的FP100N可以极好地满足这种需求，如果总公司和分公司件间采用TCP/IP协议的网络连通，所有的用户可以从一个指纹数据服务器授权，在总公司可以管理每一个分公司的门禁考勤状况。
However, we recommend
that you should use server in each branch offices because certification
speed can be slow.但是我们建议您的每一个分公司使用指纹数据服务器，因为如果总公司和分公司间的通讯带宽如果不够，会影响指纹比对数据。
6. Is there any problem of security
in LAN communication? 以太网络通讯是否存在安全问题？
We adopt 128 Bit encryption algorithm between terminal
and server. Thus, it is impossible to do hacking
terminal or server. FP100N指纹门禁和指纹数据服务器间传输的信息，我们采用128位的加密技术，这样黑客无法攻击指纹数据服务器或者FP100N终端。
7. In case server is down or network
problem, how can we enter through fingerprint system?
如果网络故障或者指纹数据服务器关机，我们如何FP100N？
VIRDI-100N can be operated as stand-alone mode.
In other words, VIRDI-100N can download Max 4,000
fingerprint data. In case of network failure, VIRDI-100N switches to stand-alone
mode and user who's already registered can enter
the door in stand-alone mode. FP100N指纹门禁可以独立工作，也就是说，可以通过指纹数据服务器下载4000个指纹信息到终端机的存储器上，如果网络故障或者服务器关机，FP100N指纹门禁自动切换到独立工作模式。用户一样可以使用FP100N指纹门禁进行考勤或正常开门。FP100N指纹门禁有4种工作模式。可以采用：1、NO（Network
Only)模式：仅网络操作，网络失败则无法使用。2、NS(Network Stand-alone）：正常情况下使用网络操作，如果网络失败，自动切换到独立工作模式，不影响正常使用。3、SN（Stand-alone
Network)：正常情况下使用独立操作，如果终端的指纹受到破坏，自动切换到网络操作）。4、SO(Stand-alone):采用独立操作，系统失去网络功能，可以独立进行指纹采集和存储及比对。
8. How can visitor enter the door?
访客如何进门？
Fingerprint terminal can be connected with videophone
or interphone. Once visitor comes and push
the call button, you can open the door inside using videophone or interphone.
FP100N指纹门禁可以连接对讲或者可视对讲系统，FP100N指纹门禁标准版配有对讲功能，客户自备室内机。客户来访，按CALL按钮，您可以使用对讲电话给客户开门。
9. We have lots of visitors. Will
it be inconvenient to use fingerprint system? 我们有很多访客，可以顺利使用指纹系统吗？
Use VIRDI-100N. Our VIRDI-100N can register visitor
separately and you can control security level of each visitor. (time &
gate)。 FP100N指纹门禁的管理系统可以单独登记访客指纹，可以设定每个访客的使用权限。
10.We are currently using automatic
door. Can fingerprint system be installed at auto door?
我们目前使用自动门，指纹识别系统能够安装在自动门上吗？
YES Fingerprint system can be installed at any
door including auto door only if the door use the electric
door lock. 完全可以！指纹识别系统可以使用在任何门上，包括自动门。可以控制常开或者常闭锁，提供12V DC输出，也可以输出触点信号，可以连接多个开门外出开门按钮。
11.Can I open the door by breaking
the fingerprint terminal? 我打破FP100N可以开门吗？
No. However, it is legally restricted that
main gate should be open in case of power failure. 不，绝对不可以！如果破坏FP100N指纹门禁，FP100N指纹门禁将自动报警，指纹识别系统受到破坏，无法开门进入！
12.I saw copying the fingerprint in
the movie. 我在电影中看到指纹可以拷贝。
It is impossible to copy the fingerprint.
Our fingerprint system identify NOT 2-dimension image like copy
BUT 3-dimension image. Fingerprint is composed of ridge and valley and
fingerprint identification is made by comparing minutia (upper
core, ending point ,bifurcation). It is very difficult
to copy all minutia and a little electricity comes from living things.
指纹是不可能复制的。我们的指纹识别系统不是采用可以复制的二维的图象，我们采用三维图片数字化进行比对。
13.Can I copy the fingerprint remained
in the terminal screen ? 是否可以拷贝留在FP100N指纹采集器镜面上的指纹图象？
Actually, you can see fingerprint afterimage in
fingerprint screen. However, our fingerprint system
does not identify 2-dimension image. Also, if fingerprint image is exactly
same as the prior one, our system do not verify it.实际上，你可以看到的指纹采集后留在采集器镜面上的指纹图象是二维的图象，而且指纹图象和先前采集的指纹图象完全一样，我们的系统是不会进行校验的。 |
